How do I start a return?

Not satisfied with your purchase from nailaidworks.com? You may return your order for a refund within 60 days from the date of receipt. Place the e-mail confirmation or the order receipt inside the return package or write the order # next to your name on the package. Returns should be addressed to:

To ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via UPS, FedEx, or US Post Office with Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. We do not pay for shipping on returns.

Within 7 days after the return has been received, please check your credit card statement for a refund from ANISE COSMETICS/NAIL-AID. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.90 is not refundable.

When will I receive my order?

For FREE shipping, discounted shipping promotions, or $4.90 flat fee standard shipping your order will arrive:

8-10 days to the West 

3-5 days to the Midwest, Southwest, or Northeast 

2-3 days to the Southeast 

1-2 business days after the order, you’ll receive an email with shipping and tracking information. UPS and USPS are the carriers. Ground shipping only.

How do I cancel/exchange my order?

We’re sorry you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase! To cancel your order, email us at hello@nailaidworks.com before 12am EST on the day you place the order so a member of our team can get right to it. 

To exchange, simply cancel your order by emailing hello@nailaidworks.com before 12 am EST on the day you placed it. Then make a fresh, new order. 

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

Please email us at hello@nailaidworks.com before 12 am EST on the day you place the order so a member of our team can get right to it. 

Help--My order arrived damaged!

Oh no! Please email us a photo of any broken products within the day it was delivered. A refund or a replacement will be applied based on your preference.

What if I got the wrong items in my shipment?

That happens once in a blue moon and we apologize for that. Please email us a photo of the incorrect items and we’ll send out the correct products. Keep the incorrect items as free gifts for the mix up! 

Why was I charged more than once for my order?

When checking out, make sure you click “place order” ONLY ONCE! Avoid using the “back” or “refresh” button after clicking “place order”. 

If there is more than one charge on your credit card on the date of the order, no worries! Within 5 business days, the unwanted charges will be automatically refunded to your credit card.

Why am I not receiving an email order confirmation

You should receive an order confirmation via email about 2 minutes after you place your order. If not, please recheck your inbox after a few more minutes. Still missing? Check your junk email or spam folder!

I’m having problems with tracking my order?

We’re sorry to hear that! Sometimes, the carrier can take 1–2 business days to register your shipment status after it’s been shipped. If your tracking number isn’t updating or you find that it’s not working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can by emailing hello@nailaidworks.com!

Is my credit card information kept secure?

Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously. Our site uses the leading cybersecurity “COMODO SECURE” to keep your credit card information well-guarded while you are using our site.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal

We regret that we are unable to accept credit cards that have been issued by banks outside the U.S. or credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.

For your security, your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this criteria.

Why is my credit card rejected?

If your credit card has been rejected, please contact your credit card company.


Shipping


Where does Nail-Aid ship?

Nail-Aid products can only be shipped to street and PO Box addresses within the Continental U.S. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or APO/ FPO addresses. 

At this time nailaidworks.com does not ship to international addresses but we’re working on providing healthy, natural nails to women all over the world. Stay tuned!

Do you ship by air?

All orders must be shipped via Ground Shipping. Since most NAIL-AID items are considered Hazardous Materials (including all aerosol items, nail polish and nail treatments), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment for these items due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.
