You may return your order for a refund within 60 days from the date of invoice.
Place the e-mail confirmation or the invoice (enclosed in your original order) inside the return package.

To ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via UPS, FedEx, or US Post Office with Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. We do not pay for shipping on returns.
Within 7 days after the return has been received, please check your credit card statement for a refund from ANISE COSMETICS/NAIL-AID. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.90 is not refundable.
Shipping Rates and Policies
Since most NAIL-AID items are considered Hazardous Materials (including all aerosol items, nail polish and, nail treatments), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment for these items due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. All orders must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and we are unable to ship via UPS Air. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or APO/ FPO addresses. At this time nailaidworks.com does not ship to international addresses.
FREE Shipping Promotions
- Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only.
- FREE shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
Standard Ground Shipping
Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS and USPS, delivering packages to you more efficiently. UPS will deliver your package to your local post office, where your postal carrier will make the final delivery to your door or mailbox. This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is still available through UPS and will indicate the estimated delivery date.
