Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to at this moment.
When will I get my order?
UPS and USPS deliver 3-7 business days to a standard address. Military addresses might take a little longer. Please see estimated delivery date on your email order confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Email us at hello@nailaidworks.com before 12am EST on the day you place the order.
How do I make an exchange?
If you have placed an order, please cancel the order by emailing hello@nailaidworks.com before 12am EST on the day you placed it. Then reorder the item you wish to exchange it for. If you have already received the order and changed your mind, simply return the product you don’t want.
Why was I charged more than once for my order?
Please click “place order” one time only. Avoid using the “back” or “refresh” button after clicking “place order”. If there is more than one charge on your credit card on the date of the order, no worries! Within 5 business days, the unwanted charges will be automatically refunded to your credit card.
Is my credit card information kept secure?
Yes. We use a special technology called “COMODO SECURE” to keep your credit card information well-guarded.
My order arrived damaged?
Please email us a photo of the broken product within the day it was delivered. A refund or a replacement will be applied, as you prefer.
Why am I not receiving an email order confirmation?
An email order confirmation should be received within 2 minutes. If not, please recheck your inbox, junk email or spam folder.
Why is my credit card rejected?
If your credit card has been rejected, please contact your credit card company.
